Protective measures for coronavirus Covid-19
Stay aware of the latest information on the COVID-19 outbreak, available on the WHO website and through your national, international and local public health authority.
Wash your hands frequently
Regularly and frequently wash your hands for atleast 20 seconds with soap or with an alcholol based hand sanitizer. This easy step will prevent the virus entering into your body.
Maintain social distancing
Strictly avoid involving in social gathering, if at some time this is not possible than maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
We touch many things, surfaces with our hands which can pick up the virus and contaminate our hands. Contaminated hands can pass the virus to our mouth, eyes or nose from there the virus can enter into our body.
Practice respiratory hygiene
Do yoga and make sure to cover your mouth normal pollution mask can work. Cover your mouth with your bent elbow or tissue paper whenever you cough or sneeze and make sure to dispose off the used tissue paper immediately.
If you feel high fever, cough and breathing difficulty immediately consult your doctor.
If you have high fever, cough and difficulty breathing call your doctor and follow the medical advice. Issolate yourself from other people for atleast 14 days.
